Twitch.tv Lagging

Hey, I havent made a ticket yet as I am not sure what to tell them. I am getting a fair few times where my internet will drop for a good minute(over wifi and ethernet devices). This I can live with at the moment, its happening about twice do so far. My line(200mbps/100mbps on SADV) seems to be going very well otherwise. Just that twitch.tv lags, even when nothing else on the network is happening. I have a Asus RT-AC5300 modem connected into a 16 port 1GB switch to get everything connected up. I have noticed I do only about get about 50Mbps to Xbox Live when downloading updates for games. Not sure what else I can add here, I ran a tracert on twitch.tv and got all between 1 and 2ms over 6 hops where it terminates.
