Twitter posts on websites

Do any of you know of an opensource code for loading your twitter feed on html with the new twitter api?
The recent change to the twitter API has broken the twitter feed we used (only the whmcs twitter feed now works)

Any recommendations ?

(I know that twitter has their own widget but we are looking at extracting the tweet and posting it in a bubble on our website)
