Hello,

I have 1 account on my Mega 100WR (telkom 1gb) and will purchase another account (15GB axxess)

I can create two connections for each via the modem in 10.0.0.2
but then how do i make it that i can choose which one to be connect to from my PC? (windows 7)

You can either just enter the other account's details - routers generally don't have the option to store multiple account details. Alternatively, you can set up a PPPoE connection after having switched the router to bridge mode. This will allow you to have a default account that's always active on the router and when you want to connect with the other account, you can just dial the PPPoE connection on your pc.
You can just Google on how to set up a PPPoE connection on your respective operating system. Switching to bridge mode on your router you'll need to look for on this forum.

2 options

1) 1 router with pppoe setup

2) 2 routers, where as one is the main and the other one the secondary.

...option 2 bit hard to setup the first time, but here is the short version: router A on 10.10.10.1 and router B on 10.10.10.2 as your choice of gateways. however router A would be the main where as router B would dial through router A. A would be DHCP on, B would be DHCP off. this will make A the default and B your secondary.

Just set up your router in full bridge mode and then create 2 sepperate PPPoE connections on your PC with which you can connect as you wish from your Desktop. I use 6 different ADSL accounts like this it works like a charm.
