Two explosions hit Thailand

Two bombs exploded in the Thai seaside resort of Hua Hin on Thursday, killing one woman and injuring 10 people, Thai police said.

The second bomb exploded near a bar at about 10:20 pm local time, killing a Thai woman and injuring eight foreigners and one other Thai person, local deputy police chief Samer Yousamran said. The nationalities of the foreigners and the extent of their injuries are not yet known.
