Two ISP's on a single line

A buddy of mine has adsl 4mb line, if I remove his router and add my router with digichilli details therein.

Can I connect it to that 4mb line and will it work?

Will there be any problems with his isp? ie can they pick it up etc?

I'm still waiting for my adsl line to be installed but am looking after my buddies house while he is away.

It wont do any harm to his existing setup etc or will it?

You should be able to. In fact, why not use his router with your account settings?

Yea that will be fine. All settings are saved on the router.

Saved the DC account on router,
and use the other account via dial up method .
