Shawn, Since last week when my connection broke (at your end) I've been without a fixed ip address.... I have emailed and pm'd you on this but no response.

Last month the usage reports were too high and this month they got stuck. My usage hasn't gone up since I got capped but thats not really a problem. As long as the usage reports are accurate when I have bandwidth I'm good.
