Two Monitors One PC

As the title suggest. Whats the most cost efficient way (graphics card or cable) available so allow a user to have his PC connect to 2 monitors?

The PC, what graphics card does it have at the moment?

There are many solutions available, the most cost effective of which will depend on what the user already has.

Please supply as much detail as possible about what the user currently has then advice can be given with respect to what would need to be purchased.

Thanks MickeyD and AfricanTech. There are 4 machines/users here at the office (staff) and I'll have to check up on the set up of all the machines to be able to confirm.

Daisy chain Display Ports.
However, I have a problem with that setup where the 1 monitor flashes black and "on" again every few seconds.
