Two more Android vulnerabilities exposed

With Android how are vulnerabilities fixed on devices issued by OEM's - like Samsung - who does not issue the users of their devices with any Android updates/upgrades?
 
The second bug only affects the Samsung Nexus S smartphone. It lets attackers gain root access on the device, providing them with full control over the handset.

um... i do believe that this is:

1. Not a vulnerability.
2. is not only on Nexus S but most android phones...


I have root access on my android and i love it.
