This woman/beast is so full of herself! The ANC government has given this country the exact opposite judging by how our telecoms situation have so SHOCKINGLY worsened since the ANC took over.Dr Ivy Matsepe Casaburri said that the African-led, predominantly African-owned and -managed project, based on values of equitability, open access and self- determination, will be judged by history as the beginning their long road to freedom. She added that if countries cooperated and worked together, she had no doubt that history would judge them kindly.
