Two tier EPL

How many times do we have to go through this. Someone is always trying out an idea year after year and it is always shot down and rightly so as well.

How for the life of me is anyone going to get approval for Celtic and Rangers to join the Premiership. Uefa for a start won't approve it and Scotland FA won't either.

The top 4 won't approve it as they will get less money and there will be more teams vying for the TV Money. Teams like Everton and Spurs won't approve it for the same reason. Mid Table teams such as West Ham, Man City, Fulham might see it as a good thing but still the money will be a issue.
 
I mean why don't they just leave it as it is. It's working at the moment. Those meddling kids.
