My dear wife chose to go to MWeb for her ADSL service. Her money and I only wish I could say her problem! 
Just on two weeks ago her modem went down, we of course had to have every tech-support guy employed by MWeb try to prove that the modem wasn't faulty... but after they cried some tears into their coffee and great clenching of teeth they finally had to agree that said modem was faulty!
After numerous phone calls, she was told that a replacement modem was with the couriers on Thursday last week. It's now Tuesday and still no sign of a modem.
Are MWeb really as crap as they seem?
Are their Billion modems unreliable - They really look tacky to me?
Do MWeb use couriers with horse drawn carriages?
Of course my wife blames me, well I did marry her didn't I?
