I cancelled my account with a 1 month written notice via fax, phoned them to confirm that they have received it, which they say they have, I ask them for a written confirmation. The guy, his name is Paul, says they do not do that, I must send an e-mail requesting confirmation and they will reply to that.

I sent 2 e-mails already, monday and tuesday, still no reply. They must try and debit my account at the end of this month!

I have heard that cancelling with them is a nightmare, seems they are living up to their reputation...

I had no issues when I canceled. Had to give a month's notice, and got the same "no written confirmation" though.

PoiZoNouZ, if you not a 100% confident, you can always place a stop order with your bank just to be sure

I think I will do that. The fact that they dont reply pisses me off, dont ignore people, its bad service!

I never had any problems cancelling.. Thought it was a bit of a pain in the ass having to fax a request tho..

Also had to request the confirmation twice
