Typical Iburst

Same problem here, their IT/accounts department must be high.

IBurst accounts are really pissing me off. I going to have to take them to the small claims court to sort out the problems they are giving me.
 
Lol! Also recieved a phantom invoice this morning :D

They really need to sort out that accounts department.
 
Yep it happened to me too. Should we offer our help to the accounts department?

Fusionreactor accounts department FTW! the only people that gives me problems is the Accounts department from iburst! damn system they using... must be older than my great great great ahhh screw it - they don't have a billign system!
 
Account woes

I also missed my attachment. Received another persons invoice as a substitute. I assume this means I don't have to pay this month. Thank goodness I don't have a direct debit on my account - who know what could be happening this month.
 
hahaha, looks like this month's invoice-sender-outer missed a lotta invoices, here too no att.... maybe quicker ask who DID get the inv? :D
But then I get the invoices by mail/e-mail so on-off don't really care no more, just check the IT account from our account side to make sure no funny amounts....
 
Jongi, we all did, but are you sure the invoice is addressed to you or did you get some one else's invoice like the rest of us did.:p
