Can anyone offer some advice? I fitted 4 new Bridgestone MY02 tires to my vehicle. From the day they where fitted, the balancing was not right. Took it back to Super Quick 4 times and they eventually sent me Bridgestone. Bridgestone tested the tyres and balance them. They found nothing wrong with the tyres and they balanced them, there was no vibration at around 120km/h. Now 10000km's later, I rebalanced the aligned the car and Tiger Wheel & Tyre can't get the balancing right either. I am getting a vibration at just over 120km/h. I can't keep going back to Bridgestone. What could be the issue?

Or maybe something is wrong with your suspension, ie: worn bushings?

bushings not likely to cause vibrations.

Either a wheel is buckled (which the balancing people should have picked up) or there's an imbalance on a rotating assembly (like brake disk/drum) on the car itself. (Pretty unlikely since bridgestone were able to balance it properly).

Look for a place that does high-speed wheel balancing (they do it while the wheel is on the car).

The car is still under a maintenance plan and VW checked and could not find anything wrong with the suspension. What's the difference between high speed balancing and the normal method. With the normal method, I stood next to the machine and saw the tyres being correctly balance but as soon as I get up to just over 120 there is a vibration. I think it's the rims are fine as Bridgestone can balance them and then there is no issues. The problem with Bridgestone is that they not open on weekends and I have to make an appointment. In addition to which I am in Pretoria and they are near the airport.

Suspension calibration? When you go to TW&T again ask them to check it.

120km/h is normally associated with rear tires. Start there. also besides rotating assembly, Could have a flat spot on the rear that has become more pronounced with the distance traveled.
