Anyone here running Unifi OS on Oebantoe server?

I am running in to an issue where if the OS restarts, Unifi does not auto start.

The log says, "waiting for container uosserver to start".

Stopping the service and starting it again fixes the issue until a restart. Once a restart happens, back to the same error with the same fix.

Reason for getting this up and running... Ubiquiti is phasing out Unifi Network Server.

Chatgpt is getting stuck on Docker needs to be installed. Even when you say it works, just not after a restart of the OS.

Nope, installer also did not install it.

Works without it.

Just the restarts that cause issues.

Need to see if maybe I can't delay the start of the service.
Ok, I haven't used it before.

I'm assuming it runs as a service, is it enabled? e.g. sudo systemctl is-enabled whatever-the-unifi-os-service-is-called?

Learned the hard way. Unifi you run in Docker. Less headaches, trust me.

Yeah I reckon if there’s a reliable Docker image available and you are on Linux that’s always the easiest answer.

Or on Ubuntu specifically if there is a Snap that’s also an option.
