How do one unlock your account ? Or verify it ?

I have done the email and card, and SMS verification, what else am I missing ?

When I say schedule / order, I am getting this : Your account is locked until you can confirm it in the Uber app.

In the uber app, everything is also confirmed

Contact them on twitter. It's a mess. Took mine over a year to work, and then they removed all my credits I got from vouchers because according to them, I abused their terms and conditions by having multiple accounts on my phone (not true), so now I'm blocked from any and all voucher uses.

They refuse to fix it.
