Where does SARS draw the line for tax deductions?
Can I deduct the following?
Tyres, Monthly installment, Driver Salary, Insurance, Service and Maintenance, Car wash/polish, New suit or shoes, dry cleaning service (We have to dress smart for Uber black)
A friend suggested that I must just register a company, and do everything under the business name, is this a good idea? I'm planning to add a second car sometime in the new year.

yes you can claim all those expenses, as long as its in direct relation to the *production* of taxable income
Uniforms need to be distinguishable from normal clothing to be allowed as a deduction. Unless that suit has Uber logos on it, it wouldn't be allowed. The interest portion of the repayment is an expense, the capital part is an installment sale. You would get a wear and tear (depreciation) allowance on the car though. You should be fine on the rest.
