I LEGALLY own RE4, with receipts and all... have been happily playing for a year, then had a system go boom on me.

I re-installed Windows etc. but the problem was RE4 refuses to accept my key... so I dutifully decided to use the channels provided to get the matter sorted by Ubiclown...
After re-logging the matter 6 times, providing copies ( digital) of the key, the box cover, the disc, the invoice, the bar code, in fact everything except my fingerprints, running their SAN-TOOL exe and sending the file back to them, they time after time simply close the case and 2 hell with you mr user. Then companies complain about piracy ?

Well m8's, I will NEVER buy a Ubisoft game again, and I will STRONGLY advise no-one else to do so as well, if u must pay for a game, then support is an inherent part of that purchase, not so? I have pirated a copy now, running beautifully, no worries at all, if it goes haywire, i'll simply pirate from another source, re-install, and bingo! no hassles... much better than 25 e-mails since 23 nov. 2011 just to get a legal game sorted , ehy?

Ubisosft was a great co, I was a huge Rainbow fan, but since they started using their crappy DRM I opted to stop buying their games.

I did pirate 2 of the later ones, Assassin Creed Brotherhood? and Hawx 2, joke is I haven't played either and to be honest I dont care. With the crap DRM they use I may as well just ignore them and anything they produce.

<Jimbo> The best way for a baker to prevent his delicious cakes being stolen would be to cover them in dog**** and broken glass, but in doing so he would also kill his sales. Ubisoft are currently that baker.

I totally agree with the above quote.

Friend of mine bought Assasins Creed 2 when it came out.

Didn't work from day 1 because of DRM issues. He still hasn't played it till today.

I won't buy their products ever until they fix this rubbish
