Hope anybody can help me, I installed Ubuntu on Windows 7's (x64) Virtual Machines.
It installed correctly and works sweet, except I can't seem to get a higher resolution than 800x600.
I dont need all the fancy compiz effects and so on, just want to up the resolution.
I suspct that the display settings app can't determine the monitor or video card since its running in a vitual enviroment, but I am sure there must be a way to force a higher res.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.
Thank you
