Why on earth would you want it? It's pretty much regular Ubuntu only way more bloated. My suggestion would be to just download Ubuntu 9.04 (or wait a few weeks for 9.10) and install the additional apps you need...
I tried it a while ago out of interest and came to a few conclusions.
1. It really is ready the moment the install is done. Just about everything you can imagine is loaded and things like Compiz are already set up. So in that aspect is is not bad for absolute beginners.
2. Bloat. OMG, the Bloat! The problem with building a system that everyone could use comes in the fact that you have to put in a lot that most wont use. In all fairness though at the end of the day it is still Linux and will still run the hell out of Vista. Not bad considering how much stuff it has on.
3. Everything is pre-configured, as I said in point 1 but this could be a major pain in the rear for most people. Yes it looks cool but what if you dont like it? Yes you could reconfigure everything to your liking again but then you might as well start from a clean Ubuntu.
4. The gaming edition is quite cool but massive to download.
In conclusion, I can see no real reason to download it unless you are scared of settings and want your desktop to look cool.
