SO has this Trojan on her laptop.

What is the best method to remove it?

Recovery has not worked. Malwarebytes has not worked.
 
Theres tons of ways to remove it. Im assuming you running windows 10.

Boot into safe mode and manually delete it in the program files folder, look for BADU folder.

If thats giving you **** then I would boot off a rescue cd or flashstick and delete it manually that way.

Its a persistent little turd.
 
Boot with Ubuntu live CD/flash drive.
Mount windows drive
Search for UC.exe - delete it then replace it with a empty txt file renamed as UC.exe

Combofix, Adw, Eset and Malwarebytes did the trick

Laptop does not locate BADU
