UDP multicasts on port 1900?

So my Win10 PC seems to have decided it likes sending about 3k packets per second to 239.255.255.250:1900 (UDP)

What? (I know it's supposed to be UPnP but this makes no sense)

install netlimiter.. it will tell you exactly which service is doing traffic in and out of your pc to and from what ip and port..

install netlimiter.. it will tell you exactly which service is doing traffic in and out of your pc to and from what ip and port..

This calls for Wireshark

It was ssdpsrv like I said. Disabled.
