Udp port attack Huawei B618

Hi All, I recently noticed that every time I switch on my B618 router, it logs a UDP port attack under security and warning. See attached. Wondering if this is a cause for concern? I already reset the router, its firewall is on and used new logins and passwords but it still appears. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

looking at that IP address, its Telkom , not sure if its a legit attack, or telkom trying to query info on the router?

You are correct. Its a Telkom LTE sim card. Thank you. We were very worried, as this never happened before.
