UEC 4 tuner HD-PVR stuck on "Boot" screen.

Hi there,

I have a work colleague that has a 4 tuner, UEC HD-PVR which is stuck on the "Boot" screen. Is there any kind of "Master Reset", or any other procedure that he can try to get his PVR to complete the boot process?
