ha, Ronaldo sighned a contract till 2010 to stay with man united, and boy oh boy, that sexy biatch better not leave... i don't support man united, Liverpool is my team, but if it weren't for ronaldo and that square head Rooney, that team would be nothing... Including that dog Giggs...:D

you obviously dont watch any games besides man utd ones.. anyhow, im surprised you missed both games where man utd lost to arsenal this season, and one of them henry wasnt even playing..

sit back and think for a moment, arsenal has 5 strikers available.. the 2 first choices are injured, adebayor was suspended most of the time when they crashed over those few weeks this year.. that leaves baptista who is still struggling to adapt to europe, and aliadiere who hasnt had too many matches and has been suffering from injury..

fabregas is much more of an intelligent player than ronaldo, and hes quite a bit younger.. you can say what you want arsenal might be 4th place atm but man usa hasnt beaten arsenal this season.

man utd went through a similiar transition a few years back..

so nobody knows why they called the ARSENAL?

nivek you dont watch much soccer then either man, its all good and well beating united twice but loosing to all the lower teams, whats the excuse?

the top four can beat each other no matter how badly they are playing, the difference between united/chelsea and arsenal/liverpool is that liverpool/arsenal cannot beat all the lesser teams

why do arsenal only play well when they play united? why cant they play like that every week?, they are a weak team who cannot go week in week out

no excuse for arsenal of late, they have played some bad football, who cares if they beat united twice, who are prem champs?

mourinho is right arsenal and liverpool dont play in the prem league, they want other trophies aond concentrate on only those

i dont need to watch much football to say that arsenal is shocking at the moment, but i guess maybe the experts would disagree

i guess the whole concept of dont worry that we've lost alot of games atleast we beat united twice

who cares if we dont compete in the prem league we beat united twice thats all we need

surely beating united twice cannot be the icing on their poor season? maybe they concentrate on beating the little teams and loosing to united they might do better :)

What's with the ripping into each other about the teams they support? If u are anti-United, Liverpool, English football fan then great. Good for you. This is a champions league thread and the others are premiership and FA Cup threads. Go make your own rip off other guys' soccer teams and have your shot there. Trolling in here is fairly low...We mock other people's team's performances and their support but we don't go about ripping into them. What's the point? As Angelo said a few weeks ago, it's just banter...well looks like it isn't so go make your own threads guys if u want to derail it and discuss how some guy's team is the worst there is. Go make a Anti-English football thread if u so like.

Maybe I'll start one if u guys aren't wiling and keep trolling in here.

killa, Arsenal lost a few games and drew a few when they were missing their 3 first choice strikers, the same would happen to any team and they are back on track now, no one would disagree that Arsenal were playing the best football in Europe Christmas time and it looked like they were gonna take the FA CUP/Champs league/Carling Cup, but then van Persie got injured, and Henrys injury got worse, Theo Walcott went in for shoulder surgery, and Adebayor got suspended for 4 weeks.. they have still been playing great football but the finishing has been a bit off due to the obvious..

But Nikolas Bendtner is back from loan next season, Henry & Van Persie will be fit, and you will see a different Arsenal to what you have seen these past few months, especially since Fabregas and Rosicky have started finding goals and increased their confidence. Fortunately for the other teams Lupoli doesnt want to play in England so he wont be back

Anyhow.. its "Arsenal F.C", afaik "The Arsenal" is just a nick name, as is "The Gunners"
