Uhm...help?

I can't for the life of me figure out WHERE my webspace, or WHAT my 2 email addresses are as stated in the 3gig capped services from Telkom...

And HOW do I administrate these?!

No. I asked them to subscribe me to their isp, and they said I cant because my adsl order hasnt gone through yet, and they will call me when I can. The long and short of it is that 1 week later and no call, so I called them, just to find out I have it already with a pass and everything. They gave it to me over the telephone, no papers whatsoever.

I would also like to know the answer to Compl33t's question.

After numerous emails, and about two weeks of waiting, I got all my details emailed to me. It's great to know how secure your password is with Telkom Internet.

Still no answer...so you guys reckon I should just mail them, or call the "bestest" ISP in the country?

The webspace is a tricky bugger to sort out. I was sent official hosting forms on which I had to scratch out the payment part and filled in the rest. Sent it back and they replied with the info. Took quite a while to sort out. Why they cannot simply "production line" these things I dunno, but I got it sorted.

The primary email addy's username should be the same as the first part of your ADSL account username (the bit before the @ sign) and the password should be the same as the ADSL access password.

What the email address alias is, I don't know. They should have sent it with your ADSL access info. I got mine on a printout (or is it fax?) they sent me. Memories are starting to fade. Oh my gosh!!! Whats my name again???
