Hey Guys Hope someone can assist. I was retrenched for the second time and I registered online for UIF followed all the questions then submitted, no where did it ask me to upload forms -did i miss something and do i still need to go into the offices with forms ? thanks

If you were retrenched all the required forms should already have been submitted electronically to UIF by your employer so there shouldn't be the need for you to upload anything. IIRC when I applied end last year online (retrenched in November), I waited a few days before logging in again and then the "Continuation of Benefits" option was available, which is what you click on to submit your claim.
