How do I request payment? Is there a form and where do I get it? My claim has just been approved after a protracted battle.

Claiming Unemployment Insurance
2018ish I did my application online, and each month I had to log on and state that I hadn't returned to work, and then a few days later the money would be in my bank account. I had retired, but there was no way to indicate this, and I was told the process wouldn't work unless I registered as a work seeker so I did. No doubt I adversely affected the unemployment numbers for a few months...
