Hi guys

Just want to find out something. Im working for a company now and its been a year. My employer has not registered me for Uif or let me sign a contract. She pays mr R3500 per month. My job discription is that when she's with her friends and collegues im her "office Manager" when i accompany her to Court or something im her "PA". Thing is Department of Labour did come to the office and she told them that she only has interns working for her... I would like to find out what i should do in this Regards. I feel like im working so hard for nothing.

Dodgy employer. She wants to keep the option to get rid of you quickly.

Keep as much evidence as possible of the time you've worked there, and how much you were paid. You'll clean up at the CCMA if you fall out with her.

You should also start looking for another job.
