UI's

Ahh, ur using Fraps?

just hit printscreen ingame, and go to %Gamedirectory%\screenshots, and find them there :p

lol, I used it to make a vid at first, then only did the printscreen...;)

lol, I actually know the shortcuts :p I just don't like that empty spot on my screen... The bars didn't look balanced when I took it away :p hahaha

the maybe put your threat meter there next to your dmg meter, or move that vertical bar on the right to the bag spot.

symmetry ftl ---> practicality ftw :-)

I have been using this UI for over a month now, and its definitely one of the better ones that I have used. I found it on the Elitist Jerks' forums, it was made by a guy called "Ryas". It took a while to set up, since I edited a few things from the original. I still want to change a few of the addons around.

The first screenshot is in combat, some of the addons and chat windows were not alligned properly. I have since fixed that, as you can see in the second screenshot.

The idea of the UI is to have the most relevant information in the middle of the screen, such as my combo points, slice and dice time remaining, my temporary buffs, target's HP and target of target. There are hidden button bars on the right hand side of the screen, which show when I hover my mouse over the area where the bar is. Fubar is also there, but it only shows on mouseover.

3 Quick questions (only 1 is UI related :P)

What Mod are you using to track Rupture and Lightning Reflexes? Is it Skinned DOTimer?

Whats that Slice n Dice mod called. I've seen it before in a 2man BM Vid.

What spec is that Shammy who's just below the Mages on DPS :P (also why no SPriests in the top few :P)

Id say that shammies spec is probably enhance :p elemental shammies that high in raiding hardly exsist :( looking at the SS, i can confirm it, theres "Unleashed rage" buff

enhance is insane buffs for melee

where the hunters

The dot / buff tracker is called "Sorren's Timers". Its really good for customization, you can choose which buffs you want it to show, which abilities, and I think you can make it show your cooldown times remaining as well if you wanted to. You can also specify which color you want each individual buff to be.

The slice and dice mod is called "Cutup" - Its probably the most important mod that I use in my UI, and if I ever was forced to use only one mod, it would be Cutup :P . You can find all of these mods over at the Wowace website - http://files.wowace.com/sw-a.html .

And like Optioncarduser said, the Shaman is indeed enhancement spec.

Hmm, never thought of putting party member portraits along the top of my screen. nice UI, a bit too busy for me though.
Mind you when I'm raiding my screen also gets quite full, luckily I'm not a healer so raid member portraits aren't so important for me. I'm very good friends with my threat meter though :p

Ye, it does get a bit hectic with bossfights, but at least I can easily see all the info I want. The raidframes I mostly use to see who's still alive to get a good indication of when to suicide :P

The most important addons for me are Omen, Dotimer and Quartz. I also got Pitbull, Elk buffbars, Grid, Bartender, cyCircled, SCT, Recount and oRA2 in there.

My 1st post here, so i thought id post my UI
