Moved to a new apartment last week friday and was thinking how easy it was to activate my line compared to when I had to deal with Telkom back home.
I called BT the monday to tell them I'm moving Friday, they said it was fine and asked if I wanted to keep the same number (moving in same area).They said it will be done the same day I move, to my suprise after I moved in before 6pm my line was activated.
Yesterday it was time for my adsl, ordered 24mb adsl from BeThere.Before the end of the day they Confirmed my line can support 24mb and gave me an activation date which will be next week Monday.They will be sending out my new router on the weekend, so will test if it gets activated before Monday!
