It doesn’t store energy, so sells off the excess to Europe (not unlike South Africa selling it to Zim, etc). Solution is simple: stop sending it elsewhere, and suddenly there’s no need for load shedding.

Probably because it's grid tied and doesn't stop when the batteries are full because he doesn't have any.
