UK to SA Light Switch Conversion Plate

Anyone know where to source an adapter/plate/converter for the UK/EU style 85mm x 85mm square light switches to the SA 76x120mm 1 gang switch? I've just sourced a Zwave U/F heating controller but it's square and the hole in the wall, not so much.

Enlarge the hole. Did that for some smart light switches. Get the bracket at builders. Unless im missing something
