I think they found them free and fair, but the minute people started reading their report huge issues were found.

We've all known that no elections since the early 2000's or maybe even before that have been free and fair in Zim. Anecdotal stories I've heard is that even the first election Mugabe won was rigged for him to win and that the UK guys stood by and watched it happen.
