Its a shame. Was a pretty nice caf, and a central point in Upper Campus.

Why?

From what I've heard, in conjunction with Fees Must Fall, students are unhappy about living conditions at Res.

They were striking from around the 18th, then from Tuesday-Friday last week, campus was called off to deal with the issues and speak to the SRC.

Today was the first day back after the almost-week-long "emergency break".

There must be a better way than burning and smashing everything up, why would a person with the intelligence sufficient to be accepted to study at university see those as the only viable option?
