Has anyone noticed that Telkom has finally begun limiting UL and reduced data rates on the DL
My data rates for the ADSL component used to be 640UL/6500DL for the adsl link, now it's 384UL/640DL.
Telkom only recently started capping uploads, around a month ago uploads were still running at 50kb/s, the cap reduces uploads to a maximum of 38kb/s, still faster than the advertised 256kb/s, methinks that Telkom is having trouble regulating the UL Rates
