Umhlanga - Capacity problems

Anyone here confirm or know about capacity problems for getting ADSL in the Umhlanga/Sunningdale area?

Tried to get ADSL line installed but got told it can only happen after April next year as they don't have the capacity available to do this. I would have thought an area like this they would cater for high demand, or is this place just packed?

From what I hear ages ago, that area was marked as a ISDN area, and telkom did not want to roll out dsl into that area, because of their investment into ISDN.

It took me about a year to get a ADSL line for a company i used to work for on La Lucia Ridge. they kept on giving excuses and always said April too something about new financal year. just phoned them every few weeks till something happened.
Just get something else like Ibust.
