Umlazi bodybuilder breaks neck when backflip goes wrong

I remember Breyton Paulse used to do a flick flack into a backward somersault but he was so light and had such momentum he could almost do it without tucking. Even he didn't try a backward somersault while still moving forward...

23 seconds..

I see the problem immediately... socks on a gym floor. I recall having a couple of falls in school due to that same shyte ...

i see a different problem - a huge cumbersome less than agile moronic bodybuilder that can barely walk - attempting a backflip

stupid stupid stupid - like homer simpson doing cartwheels

I've seen some HUGE guys do more flexible stuff. (NO OCKIE NOT THAT!)

They are huge, but some are still pretty supple and loose. Also sounds like he's been doing it at shows all the time. He just got it wrong this time...

He broke his neck from the backflip, but look how the onlookers try to assist him thinking that he is just unconscious by turning him on his back proper and lifting his legs, those actions could have actually severed the spinal cord and caused the death.

Watched the video a few times, there was no slipping. The legs just didn't make it.

The guy just didnt look limber enough to be able to pull that off. He looked really stiff moving like a robot. Even the neck doesn't look like it moves on break.

He was definitely bulking up. Not in contest shape at all. Holding lots of water and lot more fat than usual.

From personal experience I know how stiff joints and muscles can get when you are that bloated and muscles have excess glycogen stored.

Might explain why he wasn't limber enough to pull it off this time.
