Is it possible to get the 192 ADSL connection, ..and then get a larger account limit, up to ..say.. 3 or 5gb Cap with the ISP?

yes - the line speed is not related to the cap.

Much like a hosepipe running tap water. You can have a 10mm, 20mm or 1000mm pipe into your house, and still use 1l, 20l or 5000l a month.

heh, ..cool, ..sounds like a plan then, ..thanks,
...but I suppose it still stops all international bandwidth when the cap is exceeded...as per the normal characteristics of the lowest ADSL connection!?...
just have to play it safe...ad/pop-up blockers etc..

1 of August is it when the tariffs come down?...
