Reset my router and still does not work from Telkom capped,so either Telkom's CEO is incompetent or House is lying

Really do not care about ignore lists or whoever ignores me at all. At least Telkom's DNS issues have been sorted now and everyone using 8TA and Telkom ADSL can check and pay their e-Toll fees and even register online again... thanks to you mate. (In fact also a very big thanks to Telkom's CEO willing to entertain the phone call while at dinner)
