Unable to access telkom email?

Hello everyone!

I am unable to access my telkom email, via the webmail.telkomsa.net website,
every time i enter my details namely, [email protected] and password it continuously gives me the following
error message:
"The username or password is incorrect. Verify that CAPS LOCK is not on, and then retype the current username and password"
I've tried several times here but its still not working, i even changed my email password in the password management tool but it still does not work.

any ideas how i can sort this out?

hey thanks, yeah i tried that and it still does not work.
 
I tried again, it still is not working. I am a new telkom adsl subscriber, just got my email address last week, I don't know if this has anything to do with it? ...What type of information is received on the telkom email address, like account summaries or something? or is it just a default address that we could use, instead of using something like gmail?
 
okay i got it, you have activate/enable your telkom email address for use from the "TI SERVICE MANAGEMENT TOOL" , my email works now.
