Hi.
I can't seem to activate my SMS Roaming feature on Vodacom by SMS'ing ROAMON or ROAMOFF to 31050. Whenever I try this, I receive the following SMS: "Sorry, we are unable to process your request.".
Each time I have to phone customer care and go through the entire Voice Password process and have it switched on this way, but this is not ideal. I travel quite often and is an issue, especially with turning the roaming feature off as I'm not able to call customer care and have to borrow someones phone.
Can anyone advise on how to have it fixed to be able to activate the feature by SMS?
I have a Top Up Flexi contract.
