I have a strange problem with my Vodacom phone (s22) using prepaid. Everything works as it should, but I am unable to call certain numbers. I don't know the extent of this issue, but know for sure I am unable to call any ABSA service numbers. This I only realised over teh weekend when I had a fire on my property and where unable to get through. The line will ring for a while and then say "number unobtainable". even trying to call ABSA customer serves, local branches with 021 prefix, all give same issue. Calling from the landline or my wifes vodacom number, however, works. ?
So far the ABSA numbers is teh only ones I could find with this issue.
Any ideas. I tried cally Vodacom Customer Care, but it seems impossible to get the speak to an actual living person to assist, only menus and bots
