Unable to connect, pls help!

Hi,

Just received a message saying that my dashboard was updated and need to be restarted and now I get the following error msg when trying to connect.

Checking network protocol connections.
TCP/IP CP reported error 738: The server did not assign an address.

Disconnect for 2 minutes and try again.

Experienced this about five minutes ago but connected again.

I can connect now but my dashboard don't work.

Failed to load main appliacation, contact your supplier for support?

Maybe a reinstall?

I'm also getting that "Failed to load main application component. Contact your supplier for support" nonsense. It's kinda troublesome because I can't access the internet.
 
Please try going to www.iburst.co.za/fix.exe and save the file to your desktop.

Now run the Fix.exe file and test your Dashboard after the fix is complete.

However, should this not do the job please uninstall the Dashboard and Download the Dashboard from our web site.

Re-install and all should be ok.
