Unable to connect to Web Services (any)

The application I'm working on requires a connection using SOAP and it keeps failing.

So I downloaded an open source application called Storm, and started testing a few public web services. Here's the error I'm getting on all of the tests:



Any thoughts? Could our network be blocking web services from being invoked?

Yup firewall related. Network admins sorted it out somehow.
