Unable to create voice mailbox

I have been on Voda prepaid for the last 5 months or so. I need a voicemail box now but when I dial 121, it says I do not currently have a mailbox. The aunty says I must press 1 to create one. As soon as I hit 1 the call ends. Every. Damn. Time.

Any ideas?

Jammer chap. That was from my tweet to voda111 yesterday - they only called me after you logged. I have more faith in you truth be told....

What do we do?
 
Just leave it as is. One of the calls will just be closed as a duplicate.

Ok...the SR I logged for you have gone from "logged" to "pending" and was assigned to someone to have a look at. Hopefully will be sorted soon.
