Unable to get ISP

So thus far I have tried signing up with four different ISP's for Fibre. None of them are able to see that the area is live and has Fibre.
I have confirmed thrice with Octotel that the area is live, but it seems none of the ISP's have gotten the message.
I've tried RSAWeb, Afrihost, MWEB and Coolideas.
None of them are able to see the area is live on the Octotel coverage page.

The area in question shows Live, I've spoken to Octotel and they also confirmed the area has Fibre.
