I bought a dstv decoder on the 14th of September and It was installed on the 16th, Signal is fine. I called call center for Connection /Activation the whole day on the 16th without any help even my airtime cut me off and they didn't even get back to me after several calls. I also used social media platforms to get assistance, all they say is they will get back to me as soon as possible since yesterday. Ref number obtained via call center is 5788960. Evn today I'm still stacked, I called the service centers they advised me to continue calling the call center, even call center Team Leaders unable to assist
