I've been unable to load a new data bundle for the past couple of days. I go through all the correct options on the Cell C Dash, but keep getting the response at the end: "You request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later or call 140. Cell C ". I still have 300MB or so remaining - could this be the cause (though it hasn't been a problem before)?
Yes, the R400 airtime for the 3GB bundle has been loaded, which now is a bit of a concern, as I don't want to eat into that when the 300MB runs out!
Forgot to add: I've tried calling, but have experienced issues getting through to someone.
