Unable to load additional bundle

I've been unable to load a new data bundle for the past couple of days. I go through all the correct options on the Cell C Dash, but keep getting the response at the end: "You request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later or call 140. Cell C ". I still have 300MB or so remaining - could this be the cause (though it hasn't been a problem before)?

Yes, the R400 airtime for the 3GB bundle has been loaded, which now is a bit of a concern, as I don't want to eat into that when the 300MB runs out! :(

Forgot to add: I've tried calling, but have experienced issues getting through to someone.

So, got through to someone on 140 earlier. Seems they can't find anything wrong with my SIM - it's been escalated - I should hear back from someone within 24hrs. So, sitting with about 20MB left on the SIM, as well as the R400 for the 3GB bundle I want to purchase. Tick, tock, tick, tock...
 
I decided to try something: using *147#, I attempted to purchase a smaller bundle... and was successful?! Cost me R250 for a 1.2GB bundle. Added another 500MB at a cost of R150. So, I was able to load 1.7GB at a cost of R400. Yes, shot myself in the foot, and lost 1.3GB in doing so, but proved that the option to load 3GB isn't working. Maybe that's what Cell C's been hoping for, that people would load smaller bundles at a higher cost?
