Unable to purchase 24 hours uncapped.... help.

I have been trying to purchase 24 hours uncapped and it refuses to go through. I have tried using cc and ukash voucher. I have purchased a 24 hour several times before using cc and it works fine.
Please help. Or fix the issue. I got games to update and my weekend is wasting.

just a pitty.... when i try and purchase it from their site i get an error... same as with 90% of the other items i want to buy.. they can make so much more money if they make it easier for people to spend it.........

I'm not aware of any issue with 24Hrs Uncapped booster. We've tested this top up options and found no issue.
I'm asking both Polemus and you to PM you details so:
1. We fix your problem.
2. Identify a bug which impacts the rest of subscribers.

My problem is not with the service itself. But "buying" the service online on my account. But i have sent you my info in any case.
